Governance Working Group

Status: informal group meeting bi-weekly since July 2026; registration under the working-groups resolution in preparation
Purpose. Identify governance shortcomings of the organisation and either resolve them directly or spin up focused working groups to address them. Its output is governance proposals or further working groups. Meetings are open to anyone in the community who wants to contribute — and the conversation continues between meetings in the #governance channel on Discord.
