Organizational Structure Working Group

Purpose. Clarify the organisational structure, and the activities and responsibilities of board, departments and working groups. Clarify how coordinators (if this model continues) are selected and deselected.

Expected output. Documented engagement with the relevant parties and community, and proposals to the community (may or may not require votes). Documents describing the selection and deselection process for coordinators.
