00:27:20 Pablo V.: When we chose the name we added some names which we later had to discard and it confused people when they were later removed

So: in that case we chose to add names we had doubts on (equivalent to now listing all dates for vote) and we later removed them by board intervention in consultation with lawyers

In this case I feel like we should mark clearly pros and cons for each date and perhaps survey informally first, then filter anything very problematic transparently, and proceed to a GA vote

2. Send a survey to everyone as info gathering
3. With that we prepare a Assembly voting-ready version with board recommendations for top 2-3 choices, with deep context

00:45:08 Humberto: Also several festivals were cancelled in Aug because of the heat. It’s not going to get better in the next few years, unfortunately. So moving is definitely in our best interest.

I think we can have a vote by association members because camp leads can get feedback from their members and then we just need to maybe reach out free campers as well.
