Update zur Humans-App und VIM (Peter)

  • Die Humans-App ist aktiv und dient als zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Verwaltung von Teams, Ressourcen und Zugängen. Kürzlich wurden Rollen hinzugefügt.
  • Das zuvor als „Fist“ bekannte System wurde in VIM (Volunteer Information Manager) umbenannt.
  • VIM erhält eine visuelle Auffrischung und eine mögliche Integration mit Humans, um doppelte Dateneingabe zu vermeiden. Die Machbarkeit der Integration wird geprüft.
  • Nicht alle Mitarbeiter benötigen VIM/Schichten — einige Rollen (z. B. Consent-Team) haben keine Schichten.

Budget und Finanzprognose (Peter)

  • Kontoenöffnung läuft — Personal geht täglich zur Bank, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen.

  • Die Gewinnschwelle liegt bei etwa 70 % der Verkäufe vergleichbarer Veranstaltungen.
  • Wenn die Ticketverkäufe Anfang Mai drastisch niedrig sind, wäre das ein Problem.
  • Die Ausgaben werden an die tatsächlichen Ticketverkäufe angepasst.
  • Die Organisation arbeitet schlank durch Automatisierungen und ein größeres Mitwirkenden-Team.

Assoziierte Mitgliedschaft und MwSt.-Status (Daniel)

  • Derzeit nur acht Mitglieder (der Vorstand).
  • Die Genehmigung von Assoziierten ist ausgesetzt, bis eine Satzungsänderung zur asynchronen Vorstandsabstimmung verabschiedet wird (erwartet am folgenden Montag).
  • Nach Verabschiedung werden die ausstehenden Anträge auf assoziierte Mitgliedschaft bearbeitet.
