Drawing 2400 ppl will be hard if we still weeks away from tickets.
If someone wants to do magic it’s finding a way to get people to commit to the event before the go / no go decision.
Many in my camp will try to get borderland tix as a back up. Some time later they will book flights etc. I totally see why it will all take time. But we might loose more than a few hundeett people in the process.

A suggestion for all the various comms flowing around there: Right now everyone is stirred towards the discord! It would be good to get people on the email list and in the new WhatsApp group. Many are overwhlemd by discord. Getting stuff pushed as a summary in an app you use and your email inbox is a better way to get stuff to reach more humans reliably.
If you want to help the event to happen get people on those outlets and discord. Hold their hand while doing it.
One sees in this meeting how much info is not even reaching the more active in here that are on the discord in the majority.
