Travel Reimbursement
Elsewhere runs entirely on volunteer power. The people who arrive early to build the city and stay late to take it down are the backbone of the event — and we want to make it easier for them to be there.
Back to Volunteering
What is this?
This year we’re offering travel expense reimbursements for volunteers who commit to early set-up or full strike. It’s not a ticket discount — it’s a reimbursement of your actual travel costs, processed after the event.
Places are limited and we’ll prioritise volunteers for our most critical roles — infrastructure build and cantina — so the sooner you apply, the better.
Everyone still buys a ticket. This covers your travel costs, nothing else. You show up, you do the work, you submit receipts, we pay you back.
