Elsewhere runs entirely on volunteer power. The people who arrived early to build the city and stayed late to take it down are the backbone of the event — and we want to make it easier for them to be there.

What was this?
We offered travel expense reimbursements for volunteers who committed to early set-up or full strike. It was not a ticket discount — it was a reimbursement of actual travel costs, processed after the event. Places were limited and we prioritised volunteers for our most critical roles — infrastructure, build and cantina.
Everyone bought a ticket. This covered travel costs only. For volunteers who came back to help with strike after 14 July, we’re also offering a discount on their 2027 ticket as an additional thank-you.

Email us at travelclaims@nobodies.team with your name and the dates you were on site. Submit your expense claim via the Humans app — we’ll approve it once we’ve confirmed your dates.
You’ll also receive a discount on your 2027 ticket — we’ll be in touch about that separately.

No invoice, no reimbursement. Missing or incorrect invoices mean we can’t process the reimbursement.
Already purchased and don’t have an invoice? It can be requested after purchase — please do so.

Submit your travel receipts via the Humans app
- Go to humans.nobodies.team/expenses
- Create a new expense report
- Select category: Admin / Travel Claims
- Add your expense lines and attach receipts
- Submit
→ You’ll receive a SEPA bank transfer once approved
