ALM 2026 — All Leads Meeting
What is the ALM?
The All Leads Meeting is our end-of-year gathering for Elsewhere coordinators and leads. Three working days to turn our debrief of the event and shared learnings into working groups and projects that we carry forward into the next cycle.
It’s an internal working meeting — a space for honest conversations about what’s sustainable, what we want Elsewhere to be in the next edition, and how we want the Association to be shaped onwards.

Cost
Stay and food are fully covered by NCA. You do not pay for accommodation or meals.
Travel is your own cost upfront, reimbursable afterwards up to €250. Guidelines must be followed to guarantee reimbursement — see Travel reimbursement below.
Getting there
Vidalia is about 1 hour north of Barcelona, near Puig-reig on the Llobregat.
📍 Plaça de la Puríssima, 08692 Cal Vidal, Barcelona
By bus
ALSA runs a Barcelona–Berga coach that stops outside the venue. Departs from Estació del Nord, also picks up at Passeig de Gràcia. Book to Puig-reig at alsa.com. Tell the driver: “Bajo en Cal Vidal.”
By car
Coordinate a lift or offer your spare seats on the rideshare sheet.
By plane
Fly into Barcelona El Prat, then take Rodalies R2 Nord to Passeig de Gràcia and connect to the ALSA coach.
Accommodation
You will be assigned a bed based on your registration form. Assignments go out in early October.
Vidalia has a mix of dormitory-style bunk beds, private rooms, and a small number of apartment rooms in a separate building about 100m from the main house. Bathrooms are mostly shared. One private en-suite room is available and reserved for accessibility needs.
October nights in the Llobregat valley are cold. Sheets are provided but there are not enough duvets for the full group. Bring a sleeping bag or a warm blanket.
Food
Vidalia’s kitchen team cooks all meals. Food is plant-based by default. They adapt to allergies and intolerances — declare yours in the registration form.
Everyone helps out: sign up for a meal prep or cleanup shift via the onsite shift tab in the master sheet.
Travel reimbursement
Travel to and from Vidalia: flights, trains, buses, car hire, fuel.
Not food, drink or other costs en route.
